This golf yoga sequence is designed for flexibility in your lower body. We’ll focus on stretching and releasing tension in the lower body muscles that we use the most when we’re golfing.
By taking 10 minutes out of your day to do this routine, a few times a week, you’ll begin to notice a real difference in how your lower body feels and how your muscles react to your movement on the golf course. This golf yoga flow is suitable for beginner, intermediate, and advanced golfers, as well as seniors and older golfers. The exercises should be modified and customized as described to suit your individual fitness level.
