We wanted to see a long-term, sustainable approach to managing body fat and weight, so we created our own. This program combines healthy eating and calorie-budgeting with short, simple exercise routines to make fat loss and weight loss a no-brainer. Increased flexibility can help improve your golf game. In this quick 5-minute yoga video, John shows us 3 stretches for lower body flexibility:


1. Seated half-straddle stretches your hamstrings, inner thighs, and hips.

2. Butterfly pose stretches your inner thighs, knees, glutes, and hip flexors.

3. Reclined pigeon pose stretches your hip flexors, flutes, and piriformis.


You don't need any special equipment. A mat is recommended. Listen to your body and modify accordingly. This golf yoga routine is designed for golfers of all levels, and is suitable for beginner, intermediate, and advanced golfers, as well as seniors and older golfers. The exercises should be modified and customized as described to suit your individual fitness level.
