Everyday I Am Improving My Golf Habits: 15-Week Summer Program You can start this program anytime! If you’re in a 4-seasons climate, we recommend starting at the beginning of your golf season so that you can practice outdoors and get a good sense of your progress throughout the golf season. Throughout this program, we’ll walk you through gradually building your golf fitness habits by adding simple exercises to your daily routine. You’ll get to practice your swings and learn how to warm-up effectively for a great round of golf. We’ll also teach you how to prepare mentally and keep focused, calm, and present – on and off the course. At the end of your 15-week summer golf program, you will be equipped with: - A simple 20-minute stretching and exercise routine you can use anytime, anywhere - A set of practice swings and golf warm-ups to get you in the flow before a game - Guided meditations and breathing techniques to keep you in the zone - Information and resources to help you achieve your best form, mindset, and score
