Do you feel like excess fat and weight might be holding you back from playing your best golf game? Could you use some guidance and accountability to help you lose fat and get stronger and healthier? Dieting and spending hours at the gym might work for athletes and fitness fanatics, but you probably know by now that these approaches don't last long for regular people. You probably have jobs, family, friends, events, hobbies, and leisure pursuits taking up most of your time. We wanted to see a long-term, sustainable approach to managing body fat and weight, so we created our own. This program combines healthy eating and calorie-budgeting with short, simple exercise routines (10 to 15 minutes, 4 days per week). Day 1 starts with grocery shopping, and some light reading. Make sure to start the program on a day that you can go stock up on groceries. We provide a shopping list and meal guide to make your choices easier. We'll send you 3 easy recipes for your first day, and for every day that you are subscribed to this program. On Day 2, you'll start exercising with a 10-minute aerobic workout. From there, it's just following our guidelines. The rest is a piece of cake (and maybe some vegetables)! You can start this program on any day of the week, but we recommend that you start on a Sunday or Monday.
