1. Downward dog stretches out your back, shoulders, arms, legs, and feet.
2. Cobra pose stretches your back, abdominals, and arms.
3. Yoga squat stretches your hips, inner thighs, back, and core.
You don't need any special equipment. A mat is recommended. Listen to your body and modify accordingly.
