Simple Exercise to Improve Your Golf Game

A simple strengthening exercise you can do at the gym or at home, with a dumbbell and a bench or chair. A strong upper back is especially important to proactively prevent injury and strain, not only for golfers, but for anyone who tends to be hunched over a desk or kitchen counter, or lifting heavy items (including children).
