Stretching while doing activities you’d be doing anyway is a great way to increase your flexibility with minimal time and effort. Once you get in the habit, it will happen naturally and you may not need reminders anymore 😎

You can increase your flexibility and strength while you’re in a shopping line, waiting for water to boil, or watching TV.
