Weekly Wellness Goal

Getting in the habit of stretching and releasing tension is a proactive way to take care of your body. You can use your smartphone’s alarm clock, calendar with alerts, or reminders app to schedule reminders. If you aren’t near your smartphone all the time, or aren't tech-savvy, you can use a regular alarm clock and a notepad or sticky notes placed somewhere that you will see them often.
