Our fitness videos are designed for recreational golfers of all ages and fitness levels, including beginners. Many of these exercises are designed to work muscles that are used when playing golf, and can be done at home or at the gym, with or without weights (unless noted otherwise). As you become stronger, you can increase your reps and weight for a more advanced workout if you wish.
